OBDF 311 - Project 1 - Week 2 - ZBRUSH, Basic Character Forms
For this week, I spent my time developing my character for the project. I got started with developing the head, as shown here. Some of her proportions are off, but I decided to hide this with her hair. The way I did her hair was with flattened ovals, as I used the Move tool to push it into the shapes I wanted it to represent. As shown. You can vaguely imagine how the oval shape can be manipulated into the hair on the character. Here is my overall progress on the body. The hands were VERY difficult, as I resulted to using an asset for the feet for now, as it will be covered by boots at the end. For this week, I am satisfied with the base model of the character, as I will be adding the outfit and accessories for the upcoming week. And here's a small teaser for what I also plan on exploring.
